Classic Martini


SERVES: 2 PREP TIME: 5 MINS


  • 100ml gin (or vodka if you prefer)
  • 50ml dry vermouth
  • 2 pitted queen olives
  1. Place 2 Martini glasses in the freezer to chill, preferably an hour in advance.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the gin and vermouth, tweaking the ratios according to your taste; the more gin you add, the drier and stronger the drink will taste. Stir vigorously and strain into the frozen glasses.
  3. Garnish with an olive

Espresso Martini


SERVES: 2 PREP TIME: 5 MINS


  • Ice
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • 100ml Vodka
  • 50ml Freshly brewed espresso coffee
  • 50ml Coffee liqueur
  • 4 coffee beans (optional)
  1. Put 2 martini glasses in the fridge to chill.
  2. Pour 1 tbsp of Sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice, the vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.
  3. Strain into the chilled glasses. Garnish each one with coffee beans if you like.

Pink Martini


SERVES: 2 PREP TIME: 5 MINS


  • 100ml Pink Distilled Gin
  • 50ml Lemon
  • 50ml Raspberry syrup
  • 2✕ 1/8 of lime
  1. Place 2 Martini glasses in the freezer to chill, preferably an hour in advance.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the pink gin, lemon and syrup, tweaking the ratios according to your taste; the more gin youCadd, the drier and stronger the drink will taste. Stir vigorously and strain into the frozen glasses.
  3. Garnish with an 1/8 of lime
