ROBERT SMIRKE'S LIST OF FEARS

The Smirke Classification remains one of the Institute's most significant archival discoveries. The document outlines fourteen recurring manifestations of fear observed across centuries of recorded statements, providing a framework through which anomalous encounters may be catalogued and understood.

Note:The classifications presented herein should not be considered discrete categories. Significant overlap between manifestations has been observed.
